Senior EPC Project Contract Manager – Offshore/Oil & Gas

Horizon Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Contract Manager with over 10 years of experience in the UAE. You will oversee contract management processes post-award through close-out while providing consultative support in the areas of project management and controls.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Construction Management or Law, along with strong contract management skills and business-level fluency in English. The role requires negotiation expertise, as well as the ability to lead a team effectively.

Relocation to project office and field locations expected for 2+ years.
