Job Description:

• Lead the environmental assessment and evaluation of the project area.
• Conduct and supervise Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies.
• Identify potential environmental risks and impacts associated with proposed flood control and river basin interventions.
• Develop environmental management and mitigation measures.
• Prepare environmental reports and support permit and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Design and recommend environmental monitoring programs.
• Evaluate ecosystem, water quality, land use, and biodiversity considerations within the project area.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders on environmental concerns and compliance matters.
• Integrate environmental sustainability considerations into the flood control master plan.
