Senior Enlistment Inspector

You are responsible for managing a range of operational duties and overseeing enforcement actions and case management. You will also review the existing penalty framework to assess its effectiveness, consistency, and alignment with policy objectives.

• Serve as the primary point of contact on a rotational shift basis, manning the 24-hour Duty Operations Phone, managing walk-in cases involving self-surrendering offenders, and overseeing their statement taking and deployment of cases.
• Manage cases requiring referral to the police station, including conducting body searches, applying handcuffs, and escorting offenders to the police station.
• Manage day-to-day statement taking, ensuring that all enquiries, tracing efforts, house visits, and follow-ups meet the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while maintaining accurate case documentation admissible for legal proceedings.
