Senior Engineering Support Assistant

Job Description

• ESA is expected to work closely with engineers and the project manager in daily activities
• Executing tasks assigned by the project manager
• Project documentation & logistic work, raise internal support requests, ECO (Engineering Change Order) and MCO (Manufacturing Change Order)
• Manage BOM (Bill of Materials) and component inventory
• Submit PR (Purchase Requisition) and PO (Purchase Order) and track project coordination
• Manage manufacturing prototype or qualification job requests
• Create new component part numbers (experience with electronic component attributes is a plus)
• Work collaboratively with internal cross‑functional teams such as PCB, Test, Compliance, and Manufacturing based on project requirements
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and ability to interact across R&D and manufacturing teams
