Independently design, architect and own end-to-end test automation solutions and frameworks.Lead full-stack development of enterprise-grade test platforms (backend, APIs, database, frontend/UI).Define roadmap and lead development/optimization of enterprise-grade test tool chains (CI/CD, simulation, orchestration, reporting, analytics).Drive AI tool development from concept to production: AI-driven test generation, self-healing automation, intelligent diagnostics.Evaluate new technologies, conduct PoCs, and propose technical strategies for the team.Collaborate cross-functionally (dev, product, infra, global sites) to align quality and tooling standards.Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices and quality gates.Resolve complex incidents and provide expert-level support to remote/global teams.
