Senior Engineer Risk and Safety

At ATCO Gas Australia, we deliver essential energy to homes and businesses across Western Australia, operating the state’s largest gas distribution network with over 800,000 connections and 15,000km of pipeline.

We’re looking for a Senior Risk & Safety Engineer to join our team. This role will oversee the delivery of Technical Compliance and Safety Assurance functions, including direct oversee of Action Management and Emergency Management.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the review and ongoing maintenance of Safety Cases to ensure they remain current, robust and aligned to regulatory requirements
• Driving Management of Change (MOC), including risk assessments, reporting and supporting changes through to close-out
• Acting as a key point of guidance for risk and safety practices across the business, supporting consistent and practical application
