Senior Engineer - P&C - Qualus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design of protection and control schemes for 12kV to 500kV transmission and distribution projects.
• Develop and validate system models, perform fault studies, and design protection coordination.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate renewable energy sources into existing grids.
• Provide technical guidance, review design deliverables, and mentor junior engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement of design processes and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in protection & control design for high‑voltage transmission systems.
• Proficiency with power system analysis tools (e.g., ETAP, DigSILENT, PSS®E).
• Strong knowledge of IEC and IEEE protection standards.
