Job Summary

Support and drive excellence across North American operations by acting as central point of expertise for MES-related topics, ensuring system stability, continuous improvement, and successful deployment of new functionalities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for local and regional CM Key Users
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate escalation when required
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the MES system
• Support the extension and enhancement of MES (Critical Manufacturing) functional modules
• Identify improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes and system usage
• Collaborate with integral and regional teams to implement enhancements
• Train shopfloor users, engineers, and key users on MES functionalities
• Develop training materials and ensure knowledge transfer across sites
