Senior Engineer I, Data & Analytics

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Support and Guide: Offer technical support and guidance to analytics team members, encouraging skill development and knowledge sharing. Assist junior and mid-level staff with best practices in Power BI development, data modelling, and platform administration.
• Platform Stewardship: Act as a key contributor and SME for the Power BI platform, establishing standards, best practices, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with non‑technical business leaders to drive migration to Power BI from legacy platforms (e.g., Crystal Reports), ensuring a smooth transition and high user adoption.
