Senior Engineer (Facilities)

The Role

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair works of hospital and other associated business units as instructed by the management, HOD / Manager - Facilities Management.
• Assist in determining major items required for new additions or replacement within the hospital complex, obtain budgetary quotes and submit capital equipment justifications and requests for approval.
• Work with subordinates to ensure that all physical plants and equipment are kept in the best operating condition possible.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with vendors and sub-contractors for work to be performed and equipment to be purchased.
• Require managing the operations of technicians and monitor their performance in ensuring both PPM and corrective actions are done effectively accordingly to plan.
