Manufacturing lines- Breakdown handling, monitoring, and analysis. Usage of maintenance tools for KPI tracking & improvement.

Preventive, Predictive maintenance, Assembly lines, CNC, VMC, hydraulic, pneumatic press, NC control units (D & D), Welding, Panasonic robots welding application, Vision system, utility etc.

Audit- ISO/ TS , OHSAS, EMS

Fluent handling of Plc troubleshooting. Programming software’s e.g. Siemens: Simatic manager, TIA Portal, S7- & S7-, S7- etc.
