Senior Engineer, Construction - Pipeline
Penspen is hiring experienced Senior Construction Engineer - Pipeline Site based in Abu Dhabi with extensive oil & gas experience to lead and support onshore pipeline construction activities. The role involves planning, execution, and supervision of construction works, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are achieved in line with project requirements.

 Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage pipeline construction activities 

Develop construction methodologies, work packs, and schedules

Supervise contractors and construction teams to ensure safe execution

Ensure compliance with HSE standards, project specifications, and codes

Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, commissioning, and project teams
