About the Role
The Engagement Manager leads Workday project teams—deploying Finance, Human Resources, or Procurement solutions—across a range of industries and deployment sizes. The role involves applying Workday methodology, guiding customers throughout the deployment lifecycle, resolving challenges creatively, managing scope, budget, timeline, and delivering excellent customer experience from project kickoff through go‑live.
