Job Description
Role: Senior Engagement Manager
Experience Range: 12+ years
Location: Mumbai/Bangalore (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Delivery Management: Own the delivery lifecycle for AI/ML projects, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and robust SDLC.
- Offshore Leadership: Manage a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Developers, providing strategic direction and technical oversight.
- Account Health & Governance: Monitor and report on KPIs (velocity, quality, resource utilization) and manage the P&L of the offshore engagement.
