This role requires an individual with over five years of experience in commercial or industrial environments who will lead the Strategic Energy Management program. You will coach participants, facilitate workshops, and identify energy efficiency opportunities. Your position is essential for delivering measurable energy savings while building strong participant relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage SEM program lifecycle and monitor milestones
• Coach participants toward achieving energy savings
• Facilitate impactful workshops and one-on-one sessions
• Translate technical concepts into actionable steps
• Track performance metrics and communicate results
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial settings
• Background in energy, engineering, or related field
