Senior End-User IT Field Specialist

NTT DATA in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Support/End User Computing specialist to join the EUC Team. You will support end users in a client environment, resolve incidents, fulfil requests, and participate in IMAC activities for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

The role requires 3–5 years in EUC/IT support, ITIL awareness, experience with ServiceNow or Remedy, and strong English communication. Rotational 24x7 shifts and domestic travel may be required.
