Job Description
EY is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to support a 15‑month parental leave coverage, focusing on high‑risk ER matters rather than people leadership. You will advise and coach stakeholders, guiding complex cases with a senior mindset.
You will collaborate with HR Partners and business leaders to resolve investigations, restructures and sensitive employee issues, while contributing to policy and process improvements within a flexible, hybrid work model.
