Senior Electrical Trade Learning Practitioner

Sasol is seeking a Learning Practitioner III (Electrical Trade) to identify learning needs, design and deliver targeted training, and assess learners to ensure regulatory compliance. You will support 18.1 and 18.2 learning paths and collaborate with site teams in Sasolburg and Secunda.

The role involves developing and updating learning materials, coordinating on‑the‑job training, and traveling between sites as required. A strong electrical trade background and instructional skills are essential.
