Salary: £53,000 + comprehensive benefits package.

Location: Bristol area (Hybrid working – split your time between home and our state‑of‑the‑art site).

Position Type: Full‑time, Permanent.

We are a global leader in high‑tech engineering and manufacturing solutions, and we’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer (NPI) to join our multi‑disciplinary team. In this role, you won’t just be maintaining existing systems—you will be the driving force behind the design, development, and commercialization of brand‑new, complex engineering modules.

What You Will Do

• Innovate & Design: Develop and design cutting‑edge modules and sub‑assemblies for new products, following a structured product commercialization process.
• Validate & Test: Ensure all designs are robust and compliant with international standards through rigorous calculations, prototyping, and testing. ...
