Job Purpose
The EDI Senior Manager provides strategic, operational, and technical leadership for TD SYNNEX’s EDI and integration ecosystem across the Americas. This role is accountable for the reliability, scalability, modernization, and governance of all EDI and B2B integration services that enable critical data exchange with business partners.
The EDI Senior Manager leads a team of system engineers, ensures stable and secure day‑to‑day operations, drives continuous improvement, and advances modern integration capabilities—including APIs, microservices and event‑driven architectures—to support business growth and maximize trading partner value.
