Key Responsibilities:
新产品开发：熟练运用电磁设计、有限元仿真及电机性能分析工具，基于目标应用场景和产品需求，为新电机产品开发提供电磁方案、关键参数设计及性能评估，并识别效率、温升、噪音、成本及可制造性等关键风险。
New Product Development: Proficiently use electromagnetic design, finite element simulation, and motor performance analysis tools to provide electromagnetic solutions, key parameter design, and performance evaluation for new motor product development based on target applications and product requirements, while identifying key risks related to efficiency, temperature rise, noise, cost, and manufacturability.
现有产品优化：针对现有电机平台及产品开展电磁性能优化、效率提升、材料与结构参数优化及应用拓展，持续改善产品性能、成本竞争力和平台化能力。
