Senior E-Channel & Digital Banking Lead

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking an experienced E-Channel Officer in Abu Dhabi to support the Alternate Delivery Channels Unit. The role involves operating and improving Internet, Mobile, and SMS banking channels, handling inquiries, and coordinating testing and training for e-banking services.

The candidate will manage fraud-related cases, assist in legal data requests, and collaborate with ITD, marketing, and compliance to ensure smooth e‑banking operations and reporting.
