Senior Director - People Relations and Compliance
Senior Director - People Relations & Compliance (PRC) Lead is responsible for leading global Employee Relations (ER), Labor Relations (LR), and HR Compliance functions. This role owns the strategic direction, governance, and delivery model across all three pillars, ensuring consistent, compliant, and business-aligned practices globally, as a unified, high-impact People Relations & Compliance Center of Excellence (CoE). The PRC Lead acts as a trusted advisor to senior executive leadership on complex people matters, driving resolution of high-risk and high-visibility cases while strengthening compliance frameworks and proactive risk mitigation. This role partners closely with People Leadership teams, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Legal, and business leaders to deliver a scalable, efficient, and future‑ready operating model.
