Senior Director-Legal (Construction)

DAMAC Digital is building hyperscale data centre infrastructure across multiple markets. The legal function to support it is being built now — and this is the lead seat. Senior front-end construction lawyer, Dubai-based, working across FIDIC, AIA, and YSE/KSE on major international projects.

You will lead construction contract drafting and negotiation across DAMAC Digital's data centre programme — working within a specialist three-person legal team alongside supporting Legal Directors in the US and Finland. Front-end contract work is the focus: risk allocation, standard form drafting, procurement documentation, and pre-contract negotiation.

• Draft and negotiate construction contracts across international data centre projects
