The Senior Director, IT – Major Systems will lead the strategy, governance and continuous improvement of KBR’s major IT systems, including enterprise applications and development/engineering platforms. The Major Systems Director, IT will be accountable for successful delivery management, and handover to operations, ensuring they deliver measurable business and mission outcomes within pre‑agreed investment, risk, architecture, and security protocols.

This role ensures systems are reliable, scalable, commercially competitive and aligned with business strategic objectives while enabling operational efficiency and technology‑driven innovation. Through cross‑functional collaboration and hands‑on leadership, the Director drives system optimization, process improvement, and adoption of best practices to support ongoing business performance and strategic initiatives.
