Lattice Semiconductor is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Global Facilities to lead the planning, development, and operations of our worldwide real estate portfolio and workplace environments. This is a high‑visibility executive role that partners closely with senior leadership, finance, HR, IT, and business unit heads to ensure our facilities infrastructure enables business growth, employee productivity, and operational excellence across all global sites.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in corporate real estate, facilities management, and workplace strategy, with the ability to operate effectively across diverse geographies including North America, Asia Pacific, and EMEA.
