Senior Director, Fan Data Infrastructure & Operations

Warner Music Group is looking for a Senior Director, Fan Data Infrastructure, to lead the operational and technical integration of our direct-to-fan ecosystem. This position is pivotal in ensuring that fan data is reliable and secure across different marketing platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in CRM and data operations, with proficiency in tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a solid understanding of how these systems work together to enhance fan engagement.

The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the London office, offering a dynamic working environment within a leading company in the entertainment sector.
