Senior Director, AI Business Enablement We’re looking for a transformational leader who can serve as a strategic peer to senior business executives and drive AI‑powered business transformation across an entire Line of Business or Function. As a Senior Director on the AI Business Enablement team, you will own the full AI transformation ambition for your domain – setting the vision, building the opportunity pipeline, and ensuring executive alignment from ideation through to program framing and handoff.

Your responsibilities will include:

Executive partnership: Holding sustained, peer‑level strategic relationships with senior business leaders (SVP+); co‑developing and communicating the AI‑enabled transformation vision for your domain.

Pipeline origination: Identifying, sizing, and prioritising a rigorous pipeline of AI transformation opportunities – including new ideas not yet on the business’ horizon – with quantified value hypotheses ready for delivery intake....
