Job Description
1. IT Infrastructure and Network Management
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and enterprise software.
- Manage and optimize network setups, including LAN, WAN, VLANs, VPN connections, and firewalls, ensuring robust connectivity and performance.
- Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex network and infrastructure issues in real‑time environments.
- Implement redundancy measures and system optimizations to ensure maximum uptime and availability.
2. IT Support and End-User Assistance
- Provide senior‑level technical support to employees across organizational departments, troubleshooting and resolving all escalated hardware, software, and application issues.
- Act as an escalation point for IT Officers for complex issues while ensuring timely solutions.
