Job Description

NBC Washington is seeking a skilled, creative, and highly organized Senior Digital Multimedia Journalist to develop and produce original journalism across video, social, streaming, podcast, and emerging platforms.

This role is designed for a creative journalist who thrives as an end-to-end storyteller—someone who can identify compelling stories, shape the editorial vision, and execute that vision from pitch to publication. The ideal candidate is a creator-producer with strong reporting instincts, exceptional editorial judgment, advanced production skills, and a passion for visual storytelling.

This is not an on-air role. While the position may occasionally support talent, hosts, or reporters, the primary focus is creating journalism behind the camera.
