# About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent professional experience in a technology-enhanced learning, digital education or learning technology role.
2. Demonstrable experience administering and supporting Moodle or a comparable virtual learning environment, including investigating, troubleshooting and resolving user issues, as well as managing platform administration and operational support activities.
3. Experience designing, facilitating and evaluating training sessions, workshops or demonstrations to users, adapting delivery to different audiences and levels of digital confidence.
4. Demonstrable ability to manage a varied workload comprising multiple concurrent tasks, projects or workstreams, prioritising effectively to meet competing deadlines and service requirements.
