Senior Digital Banking & E-Channel Specialist

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior E-Channels Officer to provide operational support for the Alternate Delivery Channels Unit. You will assist the Alternate Delivery Channels Manager, respond to inquiries, monitor system operation and support testing.

The role involves fraud management, e-banking services, coordination with marketing, legal, and ITD, and preparing reports and training Bank personnel on electronic services.
