Senior DFT Architect for SoC Test & Validation

Oppstar Technology is seeking an experienced engineer to implement and verify DFT features in Penang or KL. You will develop and improve Scan and MBIST insertion flow and perform ATPG simulation, ensuring high-quality SoC designs.
