Senior DevOps Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Work directly with Scrum Teams to address DevOps-related requests, issues, and process improvements.
• Communicate and roll out new process workflows, architecture diagrams, and tools to Scrum Teams.
• Automate and optimize manual workflows to enhance delivery speed, stability, and consistency.
• Monitor project metrics and suggest improvements to pipelines and system performance.
• Administer and troubleshoot project-specific DevOps tools and environments.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and platform teams to ensure smooth deployments and releases.
• Perform code and infrastructure reviews and enforce DevOps best practices and standards.
