In this role, you will:
Lead the triage, investigation, and resolution of production issues related to RPA and automation workflows, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes, enhancements, and performance improvements for existing automation solutions. Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise automation solutions using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Pega OpenSpan, or equivalent tools. Work closely with business, operations, and technology teams to analyze processes and deliver new automation use cases. Conduct application interrogation and technical feasibility assessments for automation opportunities in a regulated environment.
