Senior Developer (ServiceNow)

About the Role

TheSolutionDeveloper (ServiceNow) is responsible for developing, coordinating, and architecting all activities related to the development of ServiceNow, including integration with existing applications and third‑party solutions. This includes identifying and troubleshooting any application issues, resolving or escalating them as needed. Additionally, She/he will assist in gathering requirements, building business cases, and estimating effort for enhancements of existing solutions. She/he will work closely with the Project Manager/ Team/Platform Lead and reports to designated senior International Staff and/or senior National Staff.
