Job Responsibilities Knowledge of Service Now. Familiar with running SSH commands on network devices. Experience using Citrix Desktops. Experience using Remote Desktop to configure hardware and software on Windows computers. Knowledge of DHCP and DNS. Experience working incidents passed to them from lower tier support groups.
