- Position overview: We are looking for a Senior Designer to drive the design of payment and fraud prevention experiences across Brazil and LATAM.
This role acts as a strategic translator between market opportunities (PIX, digital wallets, fintechs, loyalty and mileage programs), user needs, and our client's capabilities—positioning design as the discipline that converts strategic intent into customer reality.
- By transforming insights about financial behavior and consumption habits into simple, secure, and differentiated customer experiences, the Lead Designer will ensure the payments and loyalty ecosystem delivers both customer satisfaction and business results.
This role will lead research, set design strategy, and evolve design systems to maintain a competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving market.
