The Department of Design and Construction, Division of Public Buildings, Architecture and Engineering Unit seeks to hire a Senior Design Reviewer. Reporting to and under the supervision of the Executive Director and Deputy Directors of Architecture, the selected candidate shall participate in project scope development, existing conditions and forensic analysis, the review of design and construction documents prepared by consultants, as well as creation of design documents and construction administration for in-house design projects. The selected candidate must be thoroughly knowledgeable in Architecture principles and practices including, city and state guidelines and requirements, as well as general design principles, industry best practices, building codes, project delivery methodologies, and the latest technologies and innovations in the field.
