Job Description
I'm currently working with a leading Tier 1 contractor looking to appoint a Design Manager and Senior Design Manager for a flagship £400m Ministry of Justice project based in the Manchester area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major public sector development and play a key role in managing the design process from pre-construction through to delivery.
Key Requirements
- Design Management experience with a Main Contractor
- Experience delivering large-scale construction projects
- Strong stakeholder and consultant management skills
- Ability to manage design programmes, coordination, and technical delivery
- Experience within public sector, healthcare, defence, justice, commercial, or major mixed-use projects would be advantageous
