Senior Design Engineer (Civil & Structural)

Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Senior / Design Engineer (Civil & Structural) to support the Tender Department in developing practical, competitive, and buildable engineering solutions. The role requires strong C&S design knowledge, experience working with consultants, and good site exposure to support value engineering, design optimisation, tender proposals, and construction methodology.
Key Responsibilities Review and understand project design intent, tender requirements, scope of works, specifications, drawings, and employer's requirements.
Study architectural, structural, civil, and M&E drawings to identify design gaps, clashes, risks, and opportunities for optimisation.
Perform structural analysis, design calculations, and preliminary design checks for reinforced concrete, steel structures, foundations, earth-retaining structures, and other C&S elements.
