Senior Demand Forecasting & Analytics Lead

Massmart in Johannesburg seeks a Senior Demand Forecasting Analyst to ensure accurate sales and order forecasting through system driven solutions. You will work with senior management plans related to new processes, KPIs, reporting tools, and cross-functional integration to optimise stock and forecast accuracy.

You will design forecast analytics dashboards using Power BI/Tableau, analyse data with SQL, Alteryx, and Excel, and collaborate with Replenishment, Merchandise Planning and Buying teams
