Summary:
Ensure accurate sales and order forecasting through automated, system driven solutions. Execute strategies and plans created by Senior Management related to new ways of work (processes), revised KPIs and reporting tools, cross-functional integration, new system functionality and planning/modelling tools.
FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Execution
- Execute strategies and plans provided by senior demand manager.
- Execute Operational DILO/Rhythm provided by senior demand manager.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement new ways of work related to system, process, people and KPIs/reporting as agreed with management.
- Assist the replenishment and merchandising teams to drive optimal Stock Holding, while ensuring maximised availability.
