BDO Digital is seeking an experienced Dayforce Solution Architect. This role encompasses overseeing architecture, ensuring projects meet design expectations, and supporting delivery teams. You will mentor junior consultants, contribute to documentation, and facilitate effective client testing and QA activities within a dynamic culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the design of Dayforce solutions and lead teams
• Collaborate with implementation teams on project delivery
• Mentor fellow consultants and set practice direction
• Conduct peer reviews and support testing activities
• Prepare documentation and implementation instructions
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Dayforce Solution Architecture
• Experience in multiple target industries
• Strong presentation and communication skills
