Senior Data Scientist- Marketing AI

As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll lead AI/ML initiatives that shape products and services. Your models and insights will drive customer personalization, optimize operations, and enable data-driven strategies across the enterprise Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics (AIDA) unit is powering the next phase of our AI evolution—embedding intelligence across the business to unlock new value, drive innovation, and transform customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science projects, including Generative AI and LLM applications.
• Build and productionize predictive models (churn, propensity, cross-sell).
• Analyze customer behavior across mobile, broadband, and entertainment services.
• Design and execute A/B tests, segmentation, and optimization strategies.
• Mentor junior data scientists and ensure code quality.
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
