Senior Data Scientist – Data Science & Engineering (DSE) organization, Helsinki, Finland. Lead experimentation, modeling, and advanced data science initiatives within Netflix Games. Drive data‑informed decision‑making by building ML models, conducting statistical analysis, and deriving actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with game studio and DSE stakeholders on advanced Data Science and ML initiatives such as predictive modeling and causal inference.
• Be the primary owner of the experimentation platform, leading the design, analysis, and interpretation of experiments that shape product decisions.
• Proactively perform data exploration to identify opportunities for business impact and innovation.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability for advanced analytics.
