We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our growing team and build the next generation of predictive analytics solutions. In this role, you won’t just be crunching numbers; you’ll be using machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) models to transform raw data into powerful insights that drive our business forward.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value through data‑driven algorithms and models: apply the right mix of ML and AI to solve high‑impact business problems, partner with stakeholders to select and defend the best model architecture and explainability approaches to balance performance, interpretability, and trade‑offs.
• Embed ML/AI into core business capabilities: build deep expertise in P&C insurance workflows and translate that knowledge into practical ML/AI‑powered analyses, decision tools, and visualizations that improve how work gets done.
