Senior Data Center Operations Engineer

Job Description

• 1）Contribute to Tencent’s overseas data center strategy in line with company and departmental objectives; oversee local management of overseas data centers, including site selection, construction, and operations to ensure quality, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and security.
• 2）Manage IT operations for overseas data centers, including IT maintenance, relocation, decommissioning, warehousing, asset management, operational safety, and service management, while building and maintaining relevant processes and documentation; support IDC-related compliance certifications.
• 3）Manage relationships with overseas data center and network operators, building strong partnerships to ensure secure and reliable operations.
• 4）Oversee and evaluate on-site operations outsourcing partners and teams.
• 5）Drive the development of the overseas IDC ecosystem.
