Our client, a large and well-established organisation operating critical business systems, is seeking an experienced Senior D Finance & Operations Application Support Analyst to join their team on a contract basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced D F&O support professional to take ownership of a business-critical finance platform, working closely with finance stakeholders, IT teams and third-party support providers to ensure service reliability, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
The Role
You will provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, ensuring the stability, performance and ongoing support of finance-related business processes and applications.
The successful candidate will play a key role in incident management, problem resolution, release support, environment management and stakeholder engagement across a complex enterprise environment.
