Elevate the customer journey as the Senior CX Operations Strategist at Gorgias. Spearhead innovative programs to leverage AI in enhancing user engagement.
In this role, you will translate Gorgias's ambitious vision into executable strategies within the customer experience domain. Collaborating with CX leaders, you will drive projects focused on automation and effective communication to foster a seamless shopping experience. Your insights and analytical capabilities will be essential in making data-driven decisions that scale the organization’s operational efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Structure and initiate new CX programs for measurable outcomes
• Identify and develop automation opportunities across the CX org
• Partner with CX leaders to ensure program success
• Maintain performance tracking and reporting dashboards
• Collaborate on initiatives requiring a post-sales perspective
Requirements:
• 4–7 years in a relevant operations role at a SaaS company
